Any exchanges or refunds do not include TopEndz original shipping and handling costs.

For exchanges or refunds customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Item must be in original condition and packaging with labels intact.

Item must be unused.

TopEndz values your privacy more than anything. All personal information is treated with the utmost discretion and is not shared or available to any other parties. Your email address will not be used for advertising purposes. Only those registering with our mailing list will be emailed news, events and sales information.   All online purchases are secure and fraud protection is enforced.

Pre-order Policy

If an item is not in stock any product can be pre-ordered. Your credit card will not be charged until TopEndz ships to you unless the order is going to take more than 9 days to process, at which time your credit card will be charged before shipment due to banking restrictions on preauthorization. Any pre-orders that are cancelled before the order is fulfilled are subject to a 30% restock fee of the full order amount. This does not mean you cannot return the goods if you are not completely satisfied, once you receive it, for a full refund as long as you do so within 14 days. We stand behind our products.

Shipping and Handling

TopEndz generally ships using ExpressPost, UPS or FedEx but we always provide the best shipping method on a per customer basis.
